Q: How long will I receive the Serial Number after I complete
the purchase?
A: You will receive the Serial Number by email immediately after
your successful purchase. Please provide the valid Email address when
you fill the order form.
Q: Why I did not receive the Serial Number for several hours after
my purchase?
A: There are several possible reasons:
1. Because of your Email setting, the letter
with Serial Number went to your Trash directly. Please look for the
letter there.
2. Your Email service provider rejects the
Email from unknown senders, so the license can’t be sent to you.
3. You provided an invalid Email address when
you filled the purchase form.
If you are under one of the last two situations, please contact our
support team to get assistance.
Q: How to register my software?
A: You will receive the registration information via Email after
your successful purchase. Download the software you bought from our
site and setup it. After you run the software, Click the drop-down
button on the top right corner and click the “register” item. Then
enter your name, Email and Key (Serial Number) in the corresponding
box to finish the registration.
Note: Since the Serial Number is letter-sensitive, please COPY and
PASTE the code. And don’t add any blank before or after it.
Q: I lost my Serial Number, can you send it again?
A: Sure. Please contact our support team, and please enclose the
related order information (such as order ID, Email address and name
you used when you purchased etc.) which will help us to find your
order in our database in time.
Q: Why my converted video is not playable?
A: If your converted video is not playable, please check whether
the video parameter is fit for your device. When any parameter is
set too high among Resolution, Bit rate and FPS, it will cause that
the video is not smooth or failed. On the other hand, the aspect ratio
is not the same in the Resolution parameter. Please choose the suitable
parameter for your device. You can view the device instruction for
more information.
